This policy explains how Brolly Academy handles personal information when you visit our website, ask about a course, book a demo or communicate with us about training. It also covers information you provide to us through email, phone, WhatsApp or in-person course enquiries.

You can contact Brolly Academy at brollyacademy@gmail.com, +91 81868 44555, or Metro Pillar No. A689, JNTU Metro Station, 3rd Floor, Dr Atmaram Estates, beside Sri Bhramaramba Theatre, Hyder Nagar, Vasantha Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072. Course enrolment and refunds are described separately in our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

The business responsible for the information described in this policy is Brolly Software Solutions Private Limited, operating as Brolly Academy. GSTIN: 36AAGCR5543J2Z2. The address above is our registered office, contact and training address.

Your Choices and Communications

Sending an enquiry gives us the information needed to respond to that enquiry. It is not blanket permission for unrelated uses of your information. Where separate consent is required, it must relate to the purpose explained to you.

To stop promotional messages, use an unsubscribe option where available or contact brollyacademy@gmail.com with the email address or phone number receiving the messages. You can also ask to withdraw consent for a particular use. Essential communications about an existing enrolment, payment or support request may still be needed. Withdrawing consent does not remove record-keeping duties imposed by applicable law.

Information You Provide

  • Course enquiries and demos: your name, email address, mobile number, course of interest and the message you submit.
  • Correspondence: information in emails, WhatsApp messages, calls and attachments you choose to share.
  • Enrolment and support: registration details, selected course and batch, and information needed to answer a course-related request.
  • Payment and refund enquiries: receipt or transaction references and the information needed to identify the payment. Do not send passwords, card security codes, UPI PINs or one-time passwords.
  • Learning activities: where relevant to your course, assignments, project submissions, attendance and communications about learning progress.

Please share only information needed for your enquiry or course. Avoid including another person’s personal information or confidential employer data in a message or project unless you have permission.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange requested demos, administer enrolments, communicate course updates, provide learning support and handle payment, cancellation or refund requests. Website information can also support security, troubleshooting and understanding how visitors use the site.

Marketing communications and any use requiring consent are subject to your choices and applicable law. The purpose of collecting information should be clear at the point it is requested; ask us before sharing information if the purpose is unclear.

Website and Technical Information

Website requests and logs can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages and access times. These details can be personal information; they should not be assumed to be anonymous merely because a name is absent.

Technical information helps operate the website, investigate errors and protect forms from misuse. Third-party features can receive device or connection information when they load.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. The website and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, preferences and measurement. The site uses Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and includes Google Maps features; tags and embedded services can involve additional data processing.

You can review, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies can affect features such as forms or embedded content. Browser controls do not necessarily stop every type of tracking or delete information already received by a service.

For questions about a particular feature or cookie, contact brollyacademy@gmail.com.

Third-Party Services and Links

When you open WhatsApp, a social profile, an external payment service or another linked website, that provider also processes information under its own policies. Google Maps and other embedded features may connect to their providers when loaded.

Read the Google Privacy Policy and the WhatsApp Privacy Policy for those services. A link to a provider does not mean that every service it offers is used by Brolly Academy.

Service providers involved in hosting, communications, payments or course delivery may receive information needed for their role. The provider used for a particular transaction or class should be identified in the relevant payment or joining instructions. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with lawful requirements.

The website footer displays Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Google Pay, Paytm and PhonePe payment brands, and Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meeting services. The payment method and meeting platform used for your transaction or class are identified in the relevant instructions. A payment brand is not, by itself, the identity of an EMI lender or a promise that finance is available. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Online Classes, Recordings and Projects

If your course includes online meetings or recordings, your display name, messages, voice, image or screen content may be visible to participants or captured when recording is enabled. Check the joining instructions and ask the trainer about recording, access and alternatives before sharing information you do not want included.

Do not include passwords, customer records or confidential workplace material in demonstrations or assignments. Ask which learning platform is used and how long any recording or project access is included in your enrolment.

Privacy Requests and Applicable Rights

Contact brollyacademy@gmail.com to request information about your personal data, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, withdrawal of consent or help with a privacy concern. State the request and use the contact details associated with your enquiry or enrolment where possible. Do not email identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and how to provide them safely.

The rights and response requirements that apply depend on the law governing the request and the circumstances. Identity or authority may need to be verified before information is released or changed. Some records may need to be retained for a legal obligation, an unresolved transaction or a dispute; deletion is not always immediate or unconditional.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable Indian law or any other data-protection law that applies to you.

Retention and Deletion

Retention depends on the purpose and type of record. Enquiry correspondence, learning records, payment records and dispute records can have different requirements. Course access duration is not the same as the retention period for billing or support records.

Ask brollyacademy@gmail.com about the retention applicable to your information or to request deletion. Any continuing retention must be assessed against the relevant purpose and applicable legal obligations.

Learners Under 18

If you are under 18, involve a parent or lawful guardian before submitting an enquiry or enrolling. Parents and guardians can contact us about information a child has shared or ask for its correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements.

Contact brollyacademy@gmail.com if you believe information about a child has been provided without appropriate involvement or permission. The safeguards and consent requirements that apply must follow the law in force for the relevant activity.

Protecting Your Information

No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Use a secure connection and keep your account credentials private. Brolly Academy support should not need your password, UPI PIN, card security code or one-time password to answer an enquiry.

If you suspect misuse of information connected with your enquiry or course, contact brollyacademy@gmail.com promptly. Do not include sensitive evidence in a public comment.
