Enrolment, Fees and Payments
Payment for Brolly Academy’s services is due at the time of purchase. You are required to provide accurate billing information, and failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Course fees vary by course. Where an EMI or instalment option is used, the schedule agreed at enrolment applies. Certain fees, such as processing or administrative charges, may be non-refundable, and you will be informed of any such fees during the enrolment process.
Brolly Academy reserves the right to change its pricing and refund policies at any time upon notice. You will be notified of any changes in advance.
Cancellation and refund requests, including those connected with suspension or termination, are assessed under the Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds for course enrolments are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. That policy sets out the cancellation window, how to request a refund, processing timelines, EMI adjustments, and which fees are non-refundable. Please read it before you pay.
Where these Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation and Refund Policy differ on cancellations or refunds of course enrolments, the Cancellation and Refund Policy prevails.
Training and Certificates
Brolly Academy provides 100% Placement Assistance, which means support such as resume building, interview questions, mock interviews, soft skills sessions, and referrals to our hiring partners. Placement assistance is not a job guarantee. Brolly Academy does not guarantee employment, any particular interview, or any particular salary. Outcomes depend on your own effort, attendance, project work, and interview performance, and on the decisions of employers, which are outside our control. No employee, trainer, or representative of Brolly Academy is authorised to promise you a guaranteed job. If anyone does so, please report it to us at brollyacademy@gmail.com.
Course Access and Attendance
Before enrolling, confirm the course format, start date, class schedule, duration, syllabus and any prerequisites in writing. Also confirm whether recordings, study materials, lab accounts or software access are included and the access period for each. Inclusion in one course does not establish inclusion in every course.
For a missed class, batch transfer or rescheduling request, contact support with your course and batch details. Availability and any applicable charge should be confirmed before you agree to a change. The Cancellation and Refund Policy continues to govern cancellations and refunds.
Completion and External Certification
Brolly Academy course completion certificates are distinct from certifications issued by external examination bodies. Ask for the completion requirements for your course. External examination eligibility, fees and results are determined by the relevant body; an exam voucher or official affiliation is not implied unless expressly stated and supported.

Keep a copy of your message and any relevant receipt. If you need to follow up, reply to the same email thread so the earlier details remain available. Do not send passwords, card security codes, UPI PINs or one-time passwords.

General Terms
